Our payment provider adds its transaction charge at checkout, so the amount NexaNet receives is exactly the figure shown to you on the signup page. You will see the final amount before you confirm.
Yes, at any time, from your dashboard. You can clear it in full or make a part payment and choose whether that lowers your monthly amount or shortens the period.
The unpaid amount carries into the next cycle and charges continue on the outstanding balance, so it costs more over time. If you expect difficulty, contact us early.
